This is are required jumping jacks for PE. The main reason for doing this is to get warmed up for PE. To complete this assignment I first came to PE class. Next I got in my assigned spots for PE. Finally I started doing my jumping jacks. One thing I did well on the assignment was putting all of my effort into my jumping jacks. One thing I can improve on is making sure I start doing them right away.
 This is one of are stretches for PE. The main reason for doing these it to get are muscles loose for PE. To complete this assignment I first came to class. Next I got in my assigned spot for PE. Finally I started stretching. One thing I did good on the assignment was I gave my best effort. One thing I can improve on is making sure I get in my assigned spot and get started right away.
My goals for future assignments are to give my best effort on them. Also to have a good grade in PE.
This is a pushup that we do in pe. The main reson for doing this was to get are arm muscles stronger. To complete this assignment I first came to pe class. Then I got down in a plank position. Finally I went di my required amount of pushups. One thing I did well was giving my best effort. One thing I could improve on is making sure I go down far enough for a full pushup. 
This is a situp that we do in pe class. The main reason for doing this assignment is so our abs get stronger. To complete this assignment I first came to pe class. Then I got down on my back. Finally I did the recuired amount of situps. One thing I did well was giving all of my effort. One thing I could improve on is making sure that I go all the way up to my knees when I do a situp.
